Knaben Database is a multi search archiver, acting as a cached proxy towards multiple different trackers.
Upon searching, there will be done a live request towards the websites, storing the results into the database.
The name "Knaben" has nothing to do with the German word, nor the city in Norway. It's simply kept for legacy naming reasons.
Knaben Database started as a joke on a laptop to circumvent blocked websites on our school network.
