The torrent took 3 weeks to download, but now I don't know how to watch the files. Does anyone know what media player will play these ISO files?

@cruissy actually no media player play iso files. ISO files need to be extracted like a .rar or .zip file and then you will get the media file inside of the iso file. IF you try to play an iso file, nothing will happen. Try to right click and open with either, Disk Utility that is already on your computer... or get something like Unarchiver, stuffit expander, UnRAR, etc.. one of those will be free and easy to use.
o yea... I do not understand Dutch language, so the files inside were in need of some explaining. I would prefer to have a title that I could understand. I downloaded just a few files that I could either understand, or partially translate due to some similar language boundaries. If you could add a file that can show you the translation of the file names.. that might help other people. I solved the issue myself but wanted to relay that.. because 75% of the downloading is coming from english spoken downloaders...
