Does this work with Windows 8.1? I have installed "MICROSOFT OFFICE 2010 WORD X64 [thethingy]" and I need some way to activate it. Preferably one that will allow me to download updates from Microsoft.

My cracked Office has become unactivated after 1 month.

worked initially, but had to re-install, and now get the no arms error message...tried rambam's suggestion and so far so good.

Every time I run any MSOffice app (Word, Excel, etc) a window show a Activation Assist: Giving me 2 options Internet or phone call... Very annoying...
